Who We Are
The Army Community Service department is designed to assist in educating military personnel in matters pertaining to personal, individual, and family wellness. Information and Referral: maintain extensive resource listings for the military and DOD civilian community, such as social services, food stamps, women's care, schools, elder care, education, volunteer opportunities, and more.
Financial Assistance: offers one-on-one confidential budget counseling and short and long-term financial planning. Also offers short-term emergency financial assistance for food, shelter, or transportation.
Exceptional Family Member: finds medical, educational and special recreational services for a family member with special medical or educational needs.
Relocation Assistance: helps reduce the stress of change. Employment Assistance: offers skills education, help with applications and resumes, and access to information in federal and local government and commercial organizations.
Bus Line: Metrobus 24M, 24P. Not convenient to a subway stop (the closest subway stop is the Pentagon).
