Emergency Medical Care

Inova Emergency Care Center is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and testing equipment, treatment facilities, and laboratory services. Prepared to handle any emergency for which you might otherwise go to a hospital emergency room. No appointment is necessary. Offers treatment for chest pain; burns; lacerations; sprains and broken bones; acute abdominal pain; work-related injury or trauma; acute asthma; severe allergic reactions; rashes, insect bites, and bee stings. 

On-site services include audiometry; blood and other laboratory testing; diagnostic x-rays; EKG and Spirometry testing; alcohol and drug testing; and worker's compensation filing. If necessary, ambulance transport to Inova Fairfax and Inova Fair Oaks Hospitals may be available.

Emergency is open seven days a week, at eleven different locations throughout Northern Virginia.
Leven 1 Trauma Center is at Inova Fairfax Hospital.  Inova Loudoun Hospital has the only dedicated children's emergency services in Loudoun County.
