Who We Are
Luray Family Medicine offers an internist for adult medical care. Services include geriatric assessment, cognitive assessment, ADL and IADL assessment, functional assessment and medication (prescription and over-the-counter) assessment, physical exam, nutritional and diet review, evaluation of falls, elder abuse and domestic violence screening, testing for sensory impairment, depression, memory loss and anxiety and osteoporosis evaluation and evaluation and management of incontinence.
