Apartments for Independent Living are studio and one bedroom and are unfurnished.  A 6 month lease applies to long term apartments.   Total number of units is 576; total of accessible/modified units is 1. The accessible unit is on the first floor. Furnished units and unfurnished units.



Building entrance is wheelchair accessible; Curb cuts, elevators with braille; ramps with handrails; grab bars (shower/tub), wide doorways (wheelchair accessible),  Handicapped parking spaces.



Fitness center, swimming pool, tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, onside dry cleaner and convenience store.
