Who We Are
60-unit one bedroom garden apartments in this retirement community designed for active seniors of moderate income. Section 8 vouchers are accepted. Utilities included in rent; cable tv hookups, sitting area in each of the 2 buildings; shared laundry room on each floor. Safety features include grab bars and smoke detectors and emergency pull cords with 24-hour monitoring.

Services offered to residents are podiatrist visit once a month, weekly bible study, weekly transportation to grocery stores and monthly transportation to retail stores and malls. Active activities programs include pot luck supper, bingo, movie, blood pressure clinic, speakers, and more.
