Who We Are
At Western Tidewater Community Services Board, Emergency Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for all individuals of any age, ethnicity or disability who are in crisis due to behavioral health or substance use disorder. The services include counseling and phone consultations with or for people in crisis and admission screenings for crisis stabilization, psychiatric hospitalizations or substance use inpatient treatment.

Intake Process
Call for an intake and assessment. Walk-Ins are accepted Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-2:00 PM. Bring proof of insurance or disability, if available.
