Who We Are
Montpelier Family Practice at Beaverdam offers family practice medicine to cover the total health care of the individual and the family. Physicians evaluate and diagnose and treat each member of the family. Some services offered are physical examination, nutritional and diet reviews, functional assessment and flu and immunization shots.
