Who We Are
In April 2018 Windy Hill Foundation opened Washburn Place in Marshall, Virginia. Washburn Place consists of 30 town homes. The community is comprised of six buildings, with five townhouses per structure, featuring exterior façades of brick and HardiePlank siding.
Three units are reserved for veterans or active duty members of the military and five units are ADA compliant. Amenities include washers, dryers, dishwashers and central air in every unit, The townhomes have plenty of parking and are within walking distance to the town of Marshall and a nature trail.
