Who We Are

Coordinated Entry is a process that ensures that all people experiencing a housing crisis in a defined geographic area have fair and equal access, and are quickly identified, assessed for, referred, and connected to housing and homeless assistance based on their needs and strengths.

The Coordinated entry process at Loudoun County offers assistance to individuals who are homeless, based on vulnerability and severity of service needs to ensure that those individuals who need services the most can receive them in a timely manner. Coordinated entry staff ensure that people with the most severe needs are prioritized for housing and homeless assistance.
